Two fingers in my right (dominant) hand are warping, and a fairly sizable bump is forming on the top knuckle in both of them. My middle finger is the worst,

			<description><![CDATA[ Phew! After reading several news articles about introducing parking meters around the inner burbs of Brisbane (in particular Kangaroo Point) I am relieved to
find out this is only within the Central Traffic Area. Fortunately, River Tce at the top of Kangaroo Point cliffs is covered under the Gabba Traffic Area. The
GTA has a two hour limit from 7am to 7pm and no permit is required to park here <img height="15" src="http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/smile.gif" width="15" alt="image">... ]]></description>
