warping fingers

Went down to have a look at this spot just for a recon trip does anyone know if there is a track leading up to the cliff or do i just scrub bash my way in? As i live in Innisfail its only a short trip for me and would love to get out there and have climb on it. When i get my ass into gear i will post some of the climbing spots around Innisfail there is quite a bit of good rock here thanks for your help, Craig.

I've only just become a new member of Qurank but have been an avid spectator of the forum since I started climbing in June of 08. I thought it might be a good idea to share a little accident I had on Surrender on the 23rd of Oct 09.

After doing a quick couple of laps on Halva, I was feeling confident to give myself a good challenge for a harder lead. A couple of mates had mentioned Surrender would be a nice climb to have a go on. I had been check out the route 2 times previous...

After reading several news articles about introducing parking meters around the inner burbs of Brisbane (in particular Kangaroo Point) I am relieved to find out this is only within the Central Traffic Area. Fortunately, River Tce at the top of Kangaroo Point cliffs is covered under the Gabba Traffic Area. The GTA has a two hour limit from 7am to 7pm and no permit is required to park here ...

Was climbing with a mate at FOBS/MOBS on Tuesday night (4/11/09). When he came to retrieve his anchor setup,
it was nowhere to be found.

The proposed course will feature how to position one self for the best angle. Rigging the rope to gain that position. Some tips for setting your camera. I hear rumours of quite a few people heading down to Taswegia in the new year. Who's going and what are the dates. I'm thinking that I'll be heading down there too. If anyone wants to go and do a share cost adventure then let me know.

So far Clint is coming so there are at least two of us to share the driving. I will be taking some major camping gear down for the base camp at various locations. I may have room for anyones gear if they want to fly and join us down there....

I haven't done much climbing for ages but i'm getting back into it and I'm wondering what the Serpent situation is like these days. I've only been out there once.... years and years ago.... probably about 99/00. I'm pretty keen to go back once i'm in the swing of things again but does anyone know if access is still ok? I remember there were some issues. I've had a quick look at the guide and it seems it was ok as of 2005 at least?
